早口言葉を使って、パワフルな？クッキー？を作る？

サマースクール19日目の本日は、年輪クッキー作りをしました。

“Today, we are going to bake some powerful cookies.”（今日は、パワフルなクッキーを作るよ）

今日はなぜか材料の名称がオリジナルに変わって長くなり、それが早口言葉に変化をするという不思議な流れのクッキングとなりました。

“Large silver bowl”（ボウル）
“Flour and powerful powder power”（小麦粉とベーキングパウダー）
“Magical dust”（ベーキングソーダ）
“Whity-white tasty bite”（砂糖）
“Dinosaur butter”（バター）
“Tiger eggs”（卵）

“In a large silver bowl, we need to put flour and powerful powder power.”

舌を噛んでしまいそうな言葉の並びで、変わった呼び方の材料と作業手順を早口で言っていきます。
さすがに、先生達も早口で言うのは難しかったようで、噛んでしまって生徒さん達から大笑いをされていました。

“I need one person from each table to mix flour and powerful powder power, magical dust, whity-white tasty bite, dinosaur butter, and tiger eggs into a large silver bowl.”

先生：”OK. I said it. Now… can you say it?”（よし。言えた。じゃあ・・・言ってみて）
生徒さん：”No!! It’s too long!”（ムリ！長すぎるよ！）

混ぜて、こねて、型をとって
“Let’s eat it and be powerful!”

みんなで協力をし合ってキレイな形に整えたら

“Let’s put it in the oven and bake it.”（オーブンに入れて焼こう）

15分ほど焼いて、フワフワのクッキーが出来上がりました。
今度は、チョコレートペンを使ってクッキーにデコレーションをしたら試食会です！

“Who wants to eat the powerful cookies?”（パワフルクッキーを食べたい人？）
“Be careful the cookies are very powerful.”（とってもパワフルなクッキーだから気を付けて）
“It is going to make you powerful.”（食べたらパワフルになっちゃうよ）

とっても美味しいクッキーが出来上がってみんな大満足でした！
